Can barely walk out because I am so relaxed and de-stressed. My complexion (for what she has to work with) looks like a million bucks. She is really passionate about her profession and taking care of her clients. She is a true professional, yet you feel like you’re a dear friend. She doesn’t push you to buy her products, but will advise you what to buy if you want to start investing in yourself. You must experience a facial. You’ll go back for more!!!

The price of her facial is not so expensive compare to others and her service is worth every cent of it! She even goes beyond what you pay for as she will generously give you samples of the products that can help with your face problems. As she works, she explains what she is doing and also, if using a tool, explains how it works and how it should feel. The level of care she takes is what sets her apart from other treatments I’ve had- it’s clear she wants you to have the best experience ever. Her neck and shoulder massage alone is better than many full-body massages I’ve had. Love that she uses organic products, too- I’m currently crazy about the Ormedic lip treatment she used on me. If I was rich, I’d be there once a week and all my friends would get big fat gift cards for Christmas!(Not that it’s too expensive- it’s very reasonably priced for the quality of experience.) By the way, Heather’s prices are great! You can get a facial and microdermabrasion as well as a neck, shoulder and hand massage for less than you one microdermabrasion at other places.

My facials have always been customized to my skin, as well as my current concerns. There’s never any sales pressure for products, which I appreciate, although Heather will explain what she is using and/or what I can use for after care if I’m interested.
For waxing, Heather does a great job of making you feel comfortable. The service itself is always quick but very thorough.
Everything is well appointed, Heather has a calm presence that immediately puts me at ease and I love how clean the room is and the choice of soft background music….I leave stress free every time!
